Most Medjool price talk stays vague: "premium costs more, standard costs less." This page does the opposite. Every figure below is a harga semakan Oktober 2026 from one Malaysian date wholesaler's live list, checked on 24 October 2026. Prices move, so treat them as a snapshot of that month rather than a promise.
Medjool originated in Morocco. Every Medjool listing in this check is labelled Palestine. The fruit is large and very soft, with a rich caramel taste.

How big the markdown really is
Every Medjool line on this list shows two numbers: the price you pay today and a higher regular price beside it. The gap is not the same everywhere. On the five packs you can actually buy, it works out like this:
- 900g box: RM70 against RM90, so RM20 off (about 22%).
- Jumbo 12 × 500g: RM355 against RM450, so RM95 off (about 21%).
- Jumbo 8 × 900g: RM448 against RM570, so RM122 off (about 21%).
- Premium Jumbo 5kg: RM280 against RM400, so RM120 off (30%).
- Super Jumbo 5kg: RM315 against RM450, so RM135 off (30%).
The two 5kg cartons carry the deepest cut in percentage terms. When you compare Medjool prices between sellers, compare the price you would pay, not the size of the discount. A large "was" figure says nothing about what another shop charges.
What a given budget buys
RM70 is the entry point: one 900g box. It is also the highest per-kilo figure on the list, RM77.78, and 900g is a little short of a full kilo, so read the weight before you compare it with a 1kg pack elsewhere.
RM280 gets you the cheapest in-stock carton, the Premium Jumbo 5kg, at RM56 a kilo. Spend RM35 more and you have the Super Jumbo 5kg at RM315, or RM63 a kilo. Grade names such as Large, Jumbo and Super Jumbo are each importer's own size sorting, not an international standard, so the label tells you how this seller graded the fruit and nothing more.
RM355 buys 6kg of Jumbo split into twelve 500g packs (RM59.17 a kilo), and RM448 buys the largest in-stock pack, eight 900g boxes for 7.2kg in total (RM62.22 a kilo). Both split packs cost a few ringgit more per kilo than the Premium Jumbo 5kg carton. Whether that is worth it depends on whether you need ready-made portions.

The out-of-stock lines
All three Large listings were out of stock on the check date, as was a second 12 × 500g Jumbo listing at RM290. The Large 5kg is listed at RM50 a kilo, below every pack you can buy right now, but a price you cannot pay is only a reference point. If you need a firm figure for a Ramadan or kenduri order, ask for a quote close to the date.
Reading other Medjool price lists
A few habits make any list easier to compare. Turn every price into RM per kilo, since a 900g box and a 1kg pack look alike on a shelf. Check whether the figure is a sale price with a regular price behind it. And read the grade as that seller's label. One Harga Kurma Medjool page, for example, sorts its Medjool into Large, Jumbo and Super Jumbo.
Paste, syrup and date snacks were not part of this check. For a different take on the fruit, there is another site's Medjool date products article. If organic labelling matters more to you than grade, the piece on organic dates wholesale covers what those labels mean.
For questions about any of this, the contact page lists a WhatsApp number, and the about page describes Sayer Dates.
